Evergreen football gets corporate support
At every Evergreen Park High School home football game this fall, Mustangs fans will have an opportunity to cheer the team on from the end zone as “couch potatoes.”
The promotion is being corporately sponsored by Famous Dave’s restaurant, which will have its mascot, Wilbur, supply dinner to each of the designated couch potatoes and give one of them a chance to win a $150 catering package. Individuals competing for the package will throw four footballs and try to get three of them into each section of a net set up at the 50-yard line.
