Las Fuentes Restaurant, 115th Street and Pulaski Road in Alsip, has an extensive menu loaded with authentic Mexican dishes. Featuring only the freshest ingredients. Just having opened in March of this year, the reception from the community has been overwhelming. The favorite dish seems to be the Molcajete Surido as shown here by two of the friendly wait staff. With the tender grilled strips of skirt steak, cactus pedals, and the chicken breast flavored with chorizo, and served in a Molcajete (stone bowl) with a steamy sauce and garnished with fresh cheese, this dish is sure to satisfy.
This is the third Las Fuentes location joining the others at 2558 N. Halsted St. in Lincoln Park and 4109 S. Harlem Ave. in Stickney. All three feature lunch specials like their famous tacos seen here being enjoyed by Riley, 5 of Beverly. Other lunchtime favorites are appetizers, light entrees, combo dishes, mouthwatering entrees, and a full- service bar.
Las Fuentes can accommodate small parties, events or functions at each location, and packages are available. Las Fuentes is dedicated to being involved in many benefits and fundraisers and supports a number of community events.
