Two people were charged with disorderly conduct after they allegedly threw a shot glass and beer mug at a bartender in the 5300 block of 95th Street.

Eric Fred Sokolewicz, 28, of Worth, and Michelle C. McKeown, 24, of Bridgeview, were arrested at 1:24 a.m. March 17. McKeown was also reportedly charged with criminal damage to property.

McKeown reportedly asked the bartender for a glass of water, and when the bartender told her it would take a minute threw a shot glass, which broke a mirror valued at $1,500 that was hanging behind the bar. Sokolewicz reportedly threw a beer mug at the bartender. The bartender was not injured, police said.

An 18-year-old man was charged with battery after he allegedly punched a teacher’s assistant twice in the head at Pride School, 4201 W. 93rd Street.

Biagio S. Messina, of Justice, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. March 13. Messina was reportedly put into “time out” for being disruptive, and began punching the walls. When he was told to stop he allegedly punched the assistant.

Residential burglary was reported at 10:20 p.m. March 14 at home in the 10500 block of Lorel Avenue. A basement door was forced open and $34,000 worth of jewelry including 30 gold rings and 10 gold chains were taken, police said.

A 45-year-old man was charged with retail theft after he allegedly took $651 worth of allergy medication from a store in the 4100 block of 95th Street.

Willie A. Hughes III, of Chicago, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. March 17.

A 46-year-old man was reportedly charged with DUI and speeding after police stopped the vehicle he was driving in the 7100 block of 95th Street.

Christian W. Erickson, of Brookfield, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. March 13. He was reportedly driving 82 mph in a 40-mph zone.

A 38-year-old man was reportedly charged with DUI and speeding after police stopped the vehicle he was driving in the 4300 block of 95th Street.

Frank A. Primar, of Chicago, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. March 10. He was also charged with failure to signal when required and no proof of insurance.

A 40-year-old woman was reportedly charged with DUI and speeding after police stopped the vehicle she was driving in the 4700 block of 94th Street.

Shannon K. Glover, of Oak Lawn, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. March 9. She was also charged with failure to stop at a stop line.

A 33-year-old woman was reportedly charged with DUI and speeding after police stopped the vehicle she was driving in the 10900 block of Pulaski Road.

Jeralynn J. Stanger, of Worth, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. March 14. She was also reportedly charged with failure to signal when required, no proof of insurance, failure to wear a seatbelt and no side mirror.

Motor vehicle theft was reported at 7:41 p.m. March 12 in the 5400 block of Southwest Highway. A maroon 2002 Infinity Q45 vehicle worth $10,000 was reported taken.

Burglary to a motor vehicle was reported at 10:57 p.m. March 16 in the 6300 block of 99th Street. A laptop valued at $289 was reported taken.

Burglary to a motor vehicle was reported at 9:30 a.m. March 17 in the 10200 block of Cicero Avenue. A purse worth $220 was reported taken.

Burglary to a motor vehicle was reported at 7:36 p.m. March 14 in the 10500 block of Cicero Avenue. An iPad worth $900 and a Samsung Galaxy cell phone worth $250 were reported taken.

Criminal damage to property was reported at 4:16 p.m. March 11 in the 9700 block of Merton Avenue. A section of a backyard fence worth $300 was reported broken.
