A 28-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled substance after he allegedly ingested heroin in the bathroom of a Shell gas station in the 10200 block of Kedzie Avenue.
Michael J. Seminetta, of Chicago, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Nov. 30. Police reportedly received a call about a suspicious person possibly taking drugs, and found Seminetta in the bathroom. He had half a gram of heroin in his possession, police said.
An 18-year-old woman was charged with retail theft after she allegedly took items from a store in the 2500 block of 95th Street.
Nina C. Wilson, of Chicago, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Nov. 25. She reportedly took baby formula, video games, DVDs and children’s clothing with a retail value of $136.22.
