A 46-year-old man was charged with DUI and failure to yield turning left after he was allegedly involved in a traffic crash at the intersection of 103rd Street and Harlem Avenue.
Grzegorz Beben, of Chicago Ridge, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Sept. 26. The vehicle he was driving was struck when he made a left-hand turn in front of another vehicle, police said.
