An Oak Lawn man was charged with public indecency after he allegedly exposed and fondled himself while sitting in a car near a Mt. Greenwood Elementary School.

  • Daniel Vorberg, 30, was reportedly touching himself in his car at 4 p.m. April 30 in the 11200 block of Spaulding Avenue in Chicago. Cassell Elementary School is nearby, at 11314 S. Spaulding Ave. Two witnesses saw Vorberg, police said.
