Susan L. Quinn

Susan L. Quinn (née Sahs), 52, of Oak Lawn, died Jan. 24, at home. Visitation was held at Zimmerman & Sandeman Funeral Home in Oak Lawn on Jan. 28. Burial was private.

Mrs. Quinn is survived by her husband, Patrick; her daughters, Jessica and Allison; her father, Edward; and her mother, Sheila Sahs; her sisters, Maureen and Patricia; her brother, David.

Marilynn Stanley

Marilynn Stanley (née Milbourne), 85, of sierra Vista, Ariz., formerly of Oak Lawn, died Jan. 20, at home. Visitation was held at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home in Palos Hills (P. Van Henkelum, F.D.) on Jan. 26. A chapel service was held at the funeral home on Jan. 27. Burial was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Worth.

Mrs. Stanley is survived by her husband, Dean; her sons, Stephen, Charles and Dean; her daughter, Mary Stanley; many nieces and nephews; and six grandchildren.

Mrs. Stanley was co-owner of The Gift Gallery store in Oak Lawn. Memorials may be sent to NAMI of Lake County, P.O. Box 6356, Libertyville, IL 60048.

Robert H. Telander

Robert H. Telander, 85, of Evergreen Park, died Jan. 27, at home. Visitation was held at Zimmerman & Sandeman Funeral Home in Oak Lawn on Jan. 30 preceding Masonic Service at the funeral home. Burial was private.

Mr. Telander is survived by his wife, Eleanor; his sons, Brian and Brad; his brothers, John and Victor; many nieces and nephews; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Telander was born in Chicago. He was a retired contractor. He was a member of Evergreen Park Lodge #1171 AF and AM, Medinah Shrine, former trustee of Evergreen Park, past E.P. Police and Fire Commissioner, past president of District 124 school board and Worth Township trustee. He was a World War II U.S. Marine veteran.

Cheryl A. Weimer

Cheryl A. Weimer (née Raschke), 44, of Evergreen Park, died Jan. 24. Visitation was held at Mt. Auburn Funeral Home in Stickney (arrangements by Zefran, F.D.) on Jan. 27. A funeral Mass was offered at St. Bernadette Church in Evergreen Park on Jan. 28. Burial was at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.

Mrs. Weimer is survived by her husband, Lawrence “Jake”; her daughter, Susan; her mother, Patricia; her brothers, David, Thomas, Danny, Christopher and Mark; her sisters, Janice Bohan and Cynthia Niccolai; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Weimer was born in Chicago. She was a longtime employee of MB Financial Bank.

Peter J. Zavagnin

Peter J. Zavagnin, 82, of Evergreen Park, died Jan. 23. Visitation was held at St. Joseph Motherhouse Chapel in La Grange Park on Jan. 26 preceding a funeral Mass. Arrangements by Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home. Burial was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Worth.

Mr. Zavagnin is survived by his wife, Esther; his daughter, Mary Jo Gleason; his son, Mark Zavagnin; many nieces and nephews; and four grandchildren.
