Rita M. Brehovsky, 79, of Hickory Hills died Jan. 29 at home. Visitation was Feb. 4 as Palos Gaidas Funeral Home in Palos Hills followed by a Mass at Sacred Heart Church. Interment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Mrs. Brehovsky is survived by her daughter, Donna Brehovsky. She was born in Chicago and worked as a secretary.

Helene Mantrimas
Helene Mantrimas, nee Gerrick, 90, of Oak Lawn died Feb. 4 at home. Visitation was Friday at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home in Palos Hills. The funeral was Saturday at Most Holy Redeemer Church and interment was at St. Casimir Lithuanian Cemetery.

Graceann M. Peters
Graceann M. Peters, nee Boal, 62, of Woth died Thursday at Christ Hospital. Visitation was Sunday at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth and Mass was held Monday at Our Lady of the Ridge Church. Burial was at St. Mary Cemetery.
Mrs. Peters was survived by husband Larry Peters, and children Christina Peters, Michelle (Michael) Kjeldsen and Jonathan (Sarah) Peters and siblings Kathy (David) Doerr and Cherylann (Larry) Schwertfeger. She was born in Chicago and was a deli clerk at Dominick’s Grocery stores for more than 33 years.

George G. Rudolph, Jr.
George G. Rudolph, Jr., 60, of Worth died Feb. 5 at Christ Hospital. Private services were held at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth.
Mr. Rudolph is survived by wife Donna Rudolph nee Lent, daughter Corinne (Craig) Pinter and sisters Barbara (William) McCune and Dawn (Michael) Perez. He was born in Evergreen Park and was a truck driver.

Robert F. Szcinski
Robert F. Szcinski of Oak Lawn died Saturday at his home. Arrangements were made by Kubina-Tybor Directors and Mass was held Wednesday at St. Gerald in Oak Lawn.
Mr. Szcinski was survived by his wife Janet, nee Klimcak, and children Jeanmarie Steines and Robbie Szcinski. He was born in Chicago and worked in sales at a manufacturing company.

  Edward J. Nastav Sr., 95, of Palos Hills died Jan. 18 at Palos Community Hospital. Visitation and Mass was Saturday at Sacred Heart Church in Palos Hills. His ashes will be interred at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City.
  He is survived by his wife, Theola and son, Edward Jr. He was born in Chicago and worked as an auditor.

Virginia M. Rocus
  Virgina M. Rocus, 89, or Oak Lawn died last Thursday at the Nazarethville Nursing Home in Des Plaines. Visitation will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Linus Church in Oak Lawn and the funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
  Mrs. Rocus is survived by Victor (Victorial) Rocus and siblings La Vergne Fasko, William Jagiello and Shirley Bartodziej. She was born in Chicago and was an accountant.

  John Skowronek, 72, of Hickory Hills died Jan. 20 at his home. Visitation will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday. In a departure from traditional procedure, Mass will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patricia Church in Hickory Hills followed by a visitation from noon to 7 p.m. at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth.
  Mr. Skowronek is survived by wife Lauren Skowronek and children John Jr., Dawn Skowronek and stepchildren Fred and Mark Williams and siblings Melvina Haslak and Leonard Ochylski. He was born in Michigan and was a chemical batch maker.

  Sandra J. Virag, 63, of Worth died Jan. 22 at Palos Community Hospital. Visitation was Sunday at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth. Funeral service was at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Worth.
  Mrs. Virag was survived by husband Anthony Virag and children Jamie (James) Floyd and Jodie (Dan) Brownfield and sibling Pat Neubauer. Mrs. Virag was born in Chicago and worked in accounting at Griffith Lab.

  Mr. Aparo was the husband of MarquetteAparo, nee Giagrande. He was the father of John (Joyce) Aparo Sr., Kimberly (Paul) Cericola and Barbara (Craig) Miller. He was also the brother of Frances Pusateri. He was a retired deputy director of streets and park in Evergreen Park.

  James Glenn Brown, 83, of Evergreen Park died Jan. 8 at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Visitation was Friday at Colonial Chapel in Orland Park. A funeral service was held Saturday at St. Bernedette Church in Evergreen Park and interment was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
  Mr. Brown was survived by daughter Catherine Ann (Robert) Bush and brother-in-law Fred (Joyce) Lemaster. He was born in Chicago and was a retired salesman for Chicago Chain and Transmission. He also served in Korea for the Army.

  Robert Cole, 75, of Chicago Ridge died Jan. 7 at his home, Visitation was held Friday at Schmaedeke Funeral Home. A service was held Saturday at Our Lady of the Ridge Church and an entombment was at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.
  Mr. Cole was survived by brother Leon Cole and children Anthony (Mary) Cole, Debora (Richard) Petbok and Catherine (Kenneth) Nelson. He was born in Chicago and was a machinist for 3M.

  Willis “Ray” Mancil, 56, of Chicago Ridge died Jan. 8 at home. Visitation was Monday at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth. The service was Tuesday at the funeral home.
  Mr. Mancil was survived by wife Char Mancil and son Michael Mancil. He was also survived by his sister Sonya Gasida and stepchildren Donna (Eric) Plonka, Jennifer Page, Leslie (Edwardo) Campins and Jim (Melissa) Schwichtenbert. He was born in Liberty, Texas. He was a retired chief petty officer in the United States Navy.

  Lorraine J. Carter, née Kocis, 83, of Hickory Hills died Dec. 24 at Palos Community Hospital. Memorial Mass was held Friday at St. Patricia Church in Hickory Hills and entombment was at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.

  Ms. Carter is survived by her brother, Frank (Melody) Kocis. She was born in Chicago and was a secretary in the steel industry.
