Brian Wilcox, 35, of Hickory Hills, died July 25 at home. A funeral service was held July 28 at Lack & Sons Funeral Home in Hickory Hills. Interment was at Bethania Cemetery in Justice.

Mr. Wilcox is survived by his wife, Rhonda.

Mr. Wilcox was born in Berwyn. He worked as a musician.

Geraldine "Dolly" Schillaci

Geraldine “Dolly” Schillaci, 91, née Serritella, of Palos Hills, died July 21 at Lexington Health Care in Orland Park. Visitation was held July 24 at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home in Palos Hills. A funeral Mass was held July 25 at Sacred Heart Church in Palos Hills. Interment was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Worth.

Mrs. Schillaci is survived by her son, Leonard; her daughter, Gerry; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Schillaci was born in Chicago. She worked as a clerk at the Woolworth’s at Ford City Mall.

Nancy J. Stiers

Nancy J. Stiers, 79, née Jenks, of Crestwood, died July 7 at Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights. Visitation was held July 10 at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth. A funeral service was held July 11 at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration in Palos Park. Interment was private.

Mrs. Stiers is survived by her sons, Thomas and James; her daughters, Kathleen Carter, Cynthia Ryan, Susan Stiers and Nancy Bodnar; her sisters, Joan and Penney; and 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Stiers was born in Chicago. She worked as a secretary in the education field.

Gerald Gunther

Gerald Gunther, 81, of Worth, died July 14 at home. Visitation was held July 17 at Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth. A funeral service was held July 18 at the funeral home. Interment was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Worth.

Mr. Gunther is survived by his wife, Maxine Sutton; his daughters, Debbie Bellassai, Gail Rossodivito, Bonnie Gibbons and Tina Krueger; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Gunther was born in Chicago and worked for many years as a foreman in the Worth Public Works Department.

Mona Lisa Hook

Mona Lisa Hook, 60, née Bodinet, of Worth, died July 7 at Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights. A private celebration of Mrs. Hook’s life will be celebrated at a later date. Arrangements will be made by Schmaedeke Funeral Home in Worth.

Mrs. Hook is survived by her daughter, Amanda Ambrose; her brother, Kirk Bodinet; and her sister, Teresa Plucinski.

Mrs. Hook was born in Chicago and worked as an accountant for a chemical manufacturing company.
